We had a great time on our kayak trip at Cuckolds Creek. So fun to spend part of a day in nature. Our guide, Elizabeth, was very knowledgeable and added just the right amount of information about the wildlife.

We did the 2 hour Shem Creek tour. Our tour guide was amazing. Not only did he share the usual information but tailored it to fit our party.

Matt was our guide today on our 2 hr kayak tour. I rented a tandem for my 15 yo daughter and I. Matt was super informative about the wildlife and history. Learned lots on the trip. Only bummer was not seeing the Dolphins as we had hoped. No fault of the tour of course. Highly recommend!

Great outfit - we booked online on pretty short notice and everything worked out nicely. Lynn (sp?) was awesome, helpful and gave great advice. We thoroughly enjoyed our day tooling around the Shem Creek area.

We went early morning..which I highly recommend..Our guide was great..He was very knowledgeable of the area..We had only been Kayak one other time..So u haven't been..mark it off your bucket list..u will enjoy

Excellent guide (Matt) who was super knowledgeable and taught me more about tides than I ever learned in school!

This was a great experience for my college softball team!! We had so much fun and learned so many useful things to carry into our season. Would highly recommend for any team or business bonding!!!

My friend and I were with Elizabeth for a morning of birding and couldn't possibly say enough wonderful things about her and our birding experience! She was a pleasure to be with, great sense of humor. Rain was predicted for the morning (entire day, in fact!) but she met us there at 8:00, determined we would watch birds if at all possible. Eventually the rain cleared up and we happily birded with her for the whole four hours, sometimes from the car, sometimes doggedly standing in the drizzle and wind, but seeing some great birds. Thank you Elizabeth! We have already recommended you to our local bird club and Audubon Society!

George was a great guide. He found shark teeth for us when we stopped on the island. During our tour, we saw dolphins & cool birds diving for fish.

Awesome experience at Nature Adventures! Beautiful area to kayak through. We enjoyed seeing dolphins and finding shark teeth on the crab bank. Sean was super helpful and knew what type of shark each tooth came from. Loved how casual it was. Highly recommend!

Went Kayaking down the Shem today and it was a lot of fun! Dan was our guide and was very knowledgeable! highly recommend!

We had an AMAZING time during our guided kayak tour! We were able to kayak with ease and saw lots of great sights including dolphins, herons, marsh wrens and egrets. Matt and Brighid were so friendly and easy going. Matt’s knowledge of the marine life was vast and his appreciation and enthusiasm for the environment he calls home was contagious. He was able to answer all of our questions, and with two teachers along for the ride, there were plenty! Brighid took lots of great photos and shared them all with us, including tips on other places to see during our vacation. Thanks again for a wonderful time!

Great communication with company, Easy check in- check out process . Eric was a great tour operator and full of information! I literally live 20 mins from here and it was our first time out on the water kayaking. A perfect day for a mommy daughter day🎁 A must do in Mt P !!!

Charlie was so knowledgeable and entertaining!! Our group loved his guided tour! The trip was the perfect length and not too difficult to navigate.

Unfortunately there was a really high tide the day we rented SUPs, but we absolutely loved our guide, Kent. Cute area with several bars/restaurants within walking distance. VERY reasonably priced. Recommend happy hour at the Shem Creek Inn.

Had a great time kayaking! Charlie was informative and entertaining as well. Highly recommend. Some of us had never kayaked and it was easy.

We had the absolute best time during our tour. It was one of the many activities my husband and I did on our honeymoon and one of our absolute favorites. Our tour guide was amazing and every staff member we came in contact with was very friendly and made sure we were 100% comfortable. It was my first time kayaking and their instruction was very helpful and informative. Our guide was very fun, friendly, and informative. Encouraged questions and conversation. We absolutely recommend. It was amazing!

We went on an 8am trip and Ben, the owner, was our guide. It was a perfect morning to kayak. He taught us some great new things about wildlife and the history in the area. We even got to see a few dolphins once we made it out of the tidal creek. The views were amazing and I would definitely go on another trip again during our next visit. I highly recommend a kayak trip with them. You won't be disappointed.

We had a wonderful experience with Charlie, our guide. Only one of the five us had been in a kayak. Great training overview, lots of staff to launch us. We saw tons of dolphins, had a great history lesson and no one ended up in the creek. Would definitely rebook! The website was easy too book with tons of great information.

Great tour with a great guide,Eric. He is very passionate and educated on the the local bio life. The day was cool and overcast. We went at low tide which is a great times due to lots of birds feeding. Kayaking was an easy, not-so-strenuous activity.

Did the 2 hour tour with Charlie. He was great and so knowledgeable when it came to Charleston history, birds and other wildlife! Saw three dolphins, a bunch of turtles, and soooo many types of birds. Such a great trip.

My fiance and I did the two hour kayak tour through Shem Creek, the marsh and to Bird Island. We spent our morning paddling and learning about Charleston's history and wildlife. We saw dolphins and hundreds of birds including pelicans, egrets, marsh hens and others. Ed also showed us several of the historic fossils that he has found throughout his kayak travels. It was one of the most enjoyable activities that we have ever done. We are looking forward to doing it again with our families.

I had kayaked on a small pond for less than a half hour so knew I wanted to "really" kayak. I called Sunday morning and they had a 2:00 tour. My 67 year old mom and I drove from Columbia and had the best time ever! We are both recently active but were concerned about ability and frankly, snakes. We were so assured when I called that neither would be a problem that we took the plunge! Fortunately, we never plunged literally, were more than comfortable with the physical requirements and even going up the creek were not afraid. Our guide was knowledgable and interesting, made us feel very safe but wasn't controlly, felt like we were out with friends. Highly recommend this company and the Shem Creek 2 hour tour! Will be back, often!

Nice paddling. Our guide, Sam, was very knowledgeable. Had a great time. And the restaurants/ bars in the Shem Creek area are also very nice. Cool area.
